Sarah Stephens is a Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA) with professional experience in Section 106, Section 4(f), GIS, cultural resources management, curation, and National Register of Historic Places. Ms. Stephens is a Secretary of Interior qualified archaeologist and architectural historian. She has conducted research and fieldwork throughout the United States for a variety of clients including Federal Communication Commission, South Carolina Department of Transportation, and the U.S. Forestry Service. Prior to joining TEP, Sarah worked for the South Carolina State Historic Preservation Office for over 2 years. In August 2015, Ms. Stephens joined TEP as the Cultural Resources Division Manager. Her job includes conducting Section 106 consultations, archaeological investigations, visual assessments for historic properties, background research, and report writing. Sarah's extensive background working on a wide range of projects, coupled with her experience working for SC SHPO, has made her a value asset to the Regulatory Compliance Department.
