Challenge
TEP partnered with a major U.S. carrier on a non-MLA site amendment project requiring site acquisition services across 25 sites in the Carolinas. The portfolio consisted of both towers and rooftops in multiple jurisdictions, all with different requirements. Due to the sites’ Non-MLA status, each lease document had to be thoroughly scrubbed for full understanding of site-specific lease terms, and each negotiation was a separate interaction, depending on the landlord, the lease, and the proposed site work.
Result
After receiving the site list, TEP immediately dedicated a single point of contact to manage the project, set up a workflow, and simultaneously approach landlord contacts. Our team quickly identified and prioritized the most crucial milestones of the project, and gave each individual site the attention it needed to move through the site list with extreme efficiency. With TEP’s extensive Project Management experience, we were able to meet or beat projected completion dates, all while keeping 100% of the required services in-house.
