Project Management

Overview

Our project management team consists of senior-level site acquisition specialists and engineers. TEP believes that those in charge of managing projects should have prior hands-on experience solving problems. As such, we identify qualified leaders from among our project engineers and site acquisition specialists, and train them to forecast and recognize potential problems before they become issues. As most of our clients know, this field is like no other when it comes to demanding timelines and urgency to get sites online. Our project managers not only rise to the challenge, they run on the adrenaline necessary to get the job done, better and faster than anyone else. From conception and design, through implementation and completion, our team provides accurate, efficient, and comprehensive project management to help projects of all scopes and sizes.

Macrocell

Overview

Our Macrocell team completes site identification and leasing services for new macro towers or co-locations on existing macro sites. The team utilizes the knowledge and expertise from various TEP departments to identify suitable candidates/sites within a search ring. Considering the zoning landscape, overall feasibility of site construction, and possible environmental “deal killers”, our team conscientiously strives to find the best candidate, while being sensitive to costs (CAPEX and OPEX).

Amendments

Overview

Technology in the telecommunications industry advances so quickly that the next generation is often being rolled out before the previous generation is even completed. Therefore, efficiency with amendments is crucial to getting carrier equipment online and active, as fast as possible. TEP has relationships with tower owners and jurisdictions to make sure applications are being routed properly. Our deep experience with the process has informed and streamlined the amendment protocol for all involved - from how tower owners want to receive the application, to not routing an amendment through a full zoning process. These simple efficiencies save time & money, and we pride ourselves on having the experience to do it right.

Zoning & Permitting

Overview

With over 17 years of experience, we are well-versed and seasoned with various jurisdictions and communities. Understanding the jurisdictional landscape has allowed us to streamline our zoning & permitting process. Our zoning and permitting team offers a large range of services from the preparation & filing of permits to representing our clients at public hearings and meetings. We create an atmosphere (set a tone) that encourages communities and jurisdictions to work with us to get the project completed.

Small Cell & In-Building

Overview

The jurisdictional and leasing landscape for Small Cell and In-Building projects is often complex, presenting unique challenges beyond those typically seen at average sites. TEP has experience developing, designing, installing, and maintaining DAS, and single & multi-node deployments to overcome obstacles and develop on-the-spot solutions.
