Prior to TEP, Ryan worked at Lumos Fiber where he led the Strategic Finance and Corporate Development function with a focus on driving growth and value through dynamic financial analysis / forecasting and support for market development. He previously served in a similar capacity at Conterra Networks where he was focused on deal activity and helped guide the company through transformative M&A and capital markets processes.

Before moving to the corporate world, Ryan was an investment banker at Barclays where he directed advisory and deal execution activities for buy and sell-side M&A and capital markets transactions representing several billion dollars of value. Prior to Barclays, he was a Manager at PwC in the Advisory practice where he provided high-impact consulting services to a diverse array of corporate clients focused on operational risk assessment, business integration, regulatory compliance, and audit support.

Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor (BBA) degree in Finance from James Madison University. He is also an active Certified Public Accountant.
