George Swearingen is a Vice President of TEP and is the regulatory compliance department manager. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources and Ecosystem Assessment. He joined TEP in November 1999 and established the regulatory compliance department. He has over 20 years of environmental consulting experience concentrating in the telecommunications industry.
