Kelly Larson, MBA, SPHR, heads up TEP's Human Resources Department. Kelly grew up in Hickory, NC, and settled in Raleigh after graduating from North Carolina State University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business Administration in 2005. She received her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in 2011. Kelly joined TEP in 2017, after 17 years in life sciences, and she and her team have helped the company triple in size in the last five years.
